This is true, but its always been the case for most women to be fair. Women often don't have the capacity to understand a man's problems. Just as we as men often don't have the capacity to understand women's problems. Further, women are encouraged not to care about men's problems due to feminism pitting us against each other. You're right that it's ok, because in most cases a woman can't help you with your problems anyway. As a man you have to acknowledge that it isn't anyone's responsibility to help you. Further, no woman respects a man that can't help himself, regardless of what they will tell you. So always be prepared to handle your problems alone.

I mean I don't expect anyone to shoulder my problems but me. But if a woman is in my life and doesn't at least care about my problems. Then what is the motivation for me to care about her?

I mean it's really a woman's choice how she decides to be but how she is to me will determine how I am to her. And if I hold no meaning to her why would I keep her in my life at all?
