What does it mean when your old female classmate, that you meet randomly on a street, hugs your after having a brief chat with you?

She thinks you're cute and wanted to feel your hugs. She could also be a hugger. But me being a girl if i seen an old classmate i wouldn't hug them after a brief conversation, unless i wanted to keep in contact. It would be like extending an olive branch so to speak.
