in my experience, my white friends seem to feel a bit uncomfortable when I wear clothes or dance in a way that shows off my ass, especially in public places. I've rarely had that with my black/brown friends. I know culture is starting to glorify curvy bodies a bit more now so I'm wondering if that's it.

Showing off in public is not something I personally approve of. It does not matter what race, creed, age, gender or color that person is. I am just against people in general that have the urge to display themselves in public in the hope to get attraction.

I have always wondered what motivates people to show off in public? Is it search for validation? Is it the need to be the center of attention or is it perhaps something else?

Today's society is in permanent urge to show off, be it through social media or physically. I am curious to know why people have the need to show themselves to others and not be discreet in those situations.
