It seems that you are making a global statement for all girls when you ask such a question.
While I believe that most girls do not want to dress their child in any other clothing that the ones most appropriate for the gender that they worn in, I could assume that the occasional one or other mother would want to do that. Why? This is entirely left for the mother to answer and hypothesizing on the reasons why they would "crossdress" their boys is something only those mothers can answer.
One of the reason may be that the mother would have liked to have a girl as a child but was given a boy instead. I am personally against that kind of forceful dressing as those mothers certainly don't have the best interest of their child in mind.
I also believe that dressing a child into clothing that are clearly of the wrong gender may be a cause why those children may develop psychological troubles later in life.

I am a bit confused by your question. Are you asking if Indian girls support dressing boys in girls clothes, or are you asking if girls like dressing boys like Indian girls? Either way, I am supportive of people's right to have a choice.
Is it something that I would encourage? Nope. I would let that person choose though. So, to say do I love it? No, I don't. Love is a strong word reserved for a few things and people.
Here is my biggest point. I don't dress boys. I don't dress my SO or anyone else. They can do that on their own. The only time I would be dressing a boy is if I had a son, which I don't at the moment.
Now, my next question is why Indian? What has nationality have to do with anything? I am guessing by asking Indian girls specifically, you have some sort of fetish. I just get that vibe from your question. Perhaps you can elaborate so I can understand better.

Guys can wear whatever they want, but I won't be the one dressing them.
