I asked colleague twice to come over to the table and help me (I’m team lead) and she ignored me twice she the hardest and fastest worker here but I don’t know what her problem is I told supervisor and she didn’t say anything to her

Nope. But she would be informed what's expected of her at work, and that she needs to get her shit done when her lead says to get it done. If she cannot or will not, she will be terminated
