My team lifts heavy Iron Mountain boxes most of the day.
I've been at my job since January this year.
From this job I get back & shoulder pain every day from lifting the boxes but I still come to work the next day.
One lady has had about 10 sick days since I've started.
She comes in on Monday has a another day off each week cause her shoulder hurts.
She told me she doesn't have any sick days.
She was away yesterday as well from a sore back.
Lifting the boxes gives me a sore shoulder as well but I still come back the next day.
Would you fire or give someone a warning if the took too many days off from muscle pain?
Its just been an observation.
