wait are you talking about the actual cubicle or just the bathroom in general? for the actual cubicle, i notice it a lot in club bathrooms but i think it's just a way to save time/queueing or if you're doing something or talking etc, i have been in a cubicle which had 3 toilets in it so i went in with 2 friends - for the bathroom in general it depends on context, like we would go together in a normal public setting if we both needed to use it but at night/bars/clubs it's more safety and not getting separated i think

If i'm with my friends and we are going to a place together and someone has to pee we accompany that person, to the loo it's a norm lol. Of course we wait for them to enter the stall and do their business privately while we talk amongst ourselves and do touch ups while making use of the bath room mirrors and patiently wait for our friend to finish.

Yes, usually if I wanted to have a private word with them if we’re with a group of people, or if I just want someone to come with me due to social anxiety.

I don't want them to but my girlfriends usually insist on tagging along with me whenever I excuse myself to go to the restroom.

When one goes with me, the others get up to join as well.

I hate using public restrooms and hate being in a restroom with other people in it, so I try my best to find the least used ones and time my visits to go alone.
