Girls, Are simps good if they have self respect?

I don't really know the signification of the term "simp". I read it only here on GaG and I presume that it has something to do with a certain behavior.

Thus, I can only answer about the self-respect and not about simps. By the way, it seems that this term in not in any dictionary as it is underlined in red in my word processor and I must conclude that it is one of those newly fabricated terms that most people have no idea about.

A person should have self-respect. That is one of the most basic assets a person should have. Without self-respect, there is no dignity and without dignity, a person is at the mercy of anyone that will step on him/her.

Therefore, a "simp" is fine in my opinion as long as he has self-respect and dignity.
