I remembering walking to the bus stop one day and a new mom was walking down the street with her stroller, she was beaming with joy and greeted me with a huge smile and my friend was also constantly happy when her baby was first born and she told me she cried a lot because she knew her baby would grow up and she wouldn’t have that amazing little child anymore to hold and care for.
My sister is a new mother but she's pretty stressed about it. Perhaps in a couple of years she will be a happy mother though (hopefully, fingers crossed).
All the time. And my wife revels in being a mom. It's not all sunshine and roses but the good outweighs the bad?

Yeah, I‘ve seen plenty of them. My ex was one when we had our kids and even before the first one was born. When she was pregnant with our first child, an 84 year old woman mentioned to her that she could tell my ex was pregnant, even though my ex wasn’t yet showing. We asked the lady how she knew Mycenaean was pregnant- she said she could tell by her happiness and the look in her eyes.
Mostly they are pulling their hair out by the roots but yes I have seen happy mothers.
