Why do I get dirty looks from my neighbor?

One time I was downstairs out on the porch surfing the internet on my laptop and I look up and see her and her boyfriend walking past out in the common area and she's looking at me with this confused wtf look on her face. 😐 Some women are just like that with me I guess. Opinions? I don't even acknowledge her existence anymore when she comes out. My other neighbor was like that too. Only took her about 3 years to warm up to me and say hi. Lol

I have two houses and the funny thing is the nosiest neighbor is the one farthest away and when I say far I mean about 1000ft lol
