Should I ignore my cousin?

I feel like everything I do she tries to up one one me for example I got a new flat last year and she said she is going to get a house, I'm dating a Dr of engineering now she's suddenly going on about a doctor at work that she is seeing, if I get a hair cut she will go get one as well. Like if I wear nice clothes she looks me up and down with shock on her face like why can't she leave me alone. She's a 44 single women who complains about her life constantly and she tries to over text me every single day and she lives in another country and sometimes her texts will be at midnight and I have work the next day.
