Am I suppose to rat on someone who rats on me in the work place?

She’s lazy, arrogant, selfish and rude and management is punishing both of us with our schedule because we don’t get along and it’s not my fault. I haven’t mentioned everything she’s done and said, yet I’m being punished because I’m mean and ignore her when I’m in a position to tell people what to do.

If she keeps reporting you, then report her. Don't do it to be vindictive, but rather because them having only her side is bad for you. If she wants to leave a paper trail on you to make you look bad, then leave a paper trail on her for why you act the way you do. This way, your higher ups can more easily see what is going on, since they won't see it in person more than likely.

It’s like he protects her. I know she suffers from depression and they’re not together but they use to date and she just vents to him now, not knowing my side of the story
