I was working with one of my coworkers, we’re both female and she asked if I’m gay and after I said no she said “ohh sorry I know it’s a creepy question” Was she trying to make a move on me? or does she think I just look gay or something.

She may have been trying to make a move on you or maybe saw something she thought that implied you were gay. Or maybe she’s not gay and thought you were interested in her? There’s a lot of possibilities

I don’t know. Definitely would be weird if a man hit on me. Just be clear you aren’t interested. But don’t get the wrong idea either. That can be embarrassing
