I’m attracted to my coworker. I think she’s so pretty and she has a funny personality.. I was talking to a guy who ended up hurting me, rejecting me.. then I find out that he’s possibly gay/bi.. which stung more.. I really wanted to be with him and saw myself with him..

Part of me feels masculine in a sense… it like sometimes I want to give another woman something I never had/ experienced… wanting to make her feel beautiful. etc..

Why are you asking? Are you required to wear a badge announcing your sexuality? You are attracted to her. The only decision you have to make is whether to let her know of your interest. Typically adults do this by asking for a meeting -- coffee, lunch, dinner, etc.
