Does she hate me now because I cancelled the date?

I asked a co-worker out and she said yes. Before that, she was talking to me, making eye contact, smiling and paying a lot of attention to me. However, when we agreed on going out, I didn't like her attitude and so I cancelled the date, and from there we never texted again.

I left that job for nearly 2 months, we still follow each other on Instagram, she follows like 4000 people and every single time i post a story she manages to watch my story in the first few hours!

I decided to go back to that same job and the owner was really happy that i will go back. This time when I see her, she never talks to me, she doesn't make eye contact, she doesn't even reply to my Hi when i start my shift. a lot of the times I notice she stares at me when I'm not looking at her/working.

Does this mean that she hates me? Pissed off or anything? It's a bit weird, she manages to touch my back when im in her way, she manages to ask me to help her out sometimes and the other day she was wearing a similar outfit to the one I wore the day before...

Does she hate me now because I cancelled the date?
