first time she said she will be busy working out at the gym, and i replied with " ok enjoy your time"

second time, she said she arranged to meet her friend ( a girl) before as her friend arranged a meeting before me and she rescheduled the next day.

the day before the date, she said she doesn't have the energy for it. and when i replied in a cold way saying just "ok" , she then sent a message saying that she will hangout with me but she won't be in a great mood during the date. then i replied " then, don't hangout, simple" and she replied "as you like"

i won't tell her again to date and most probably i will cut her out of my life, what do you think?

On the one hand, it could have truly been a bad couple of days and complete coincidence she got busy. Being tired and not in a good mood happens. She could have had a really rough day.

However, by your details, you said she had scheduled something with a friend? If she did that even though you had plans to go out, that’s completely unacceptable. She can’t just go out with you when convenient or a better offer comes along.

Honestly, I see her as not really wanting to put forth the effort to even get to know her. I’d move on if it were me. She could have made a solid effort or said something more substantial than what she did. She doesn’t seem worth your time and effort.
