No. About 25% of my friends are girls between 18-21. Sure, some girls that age are annoying, but anyone can be annoying. You don't have to be friends with them. You can ignore or avoid them—if someone really annoys you I'd even recommend that. It's much easier than trying to get along, and you just can't get along with everyone. You have to pick your battles. I do anyway.
