Are these "Stares" more associated with being looked down at?

I notice that either gender ignores looking at my eyes directly but rather smirk with their chin looking upwards if we cross paths

Dude the best thing to do is just ignore those looks. Just keep being you. Say your Good mornings/afternoons/byes and look at them when saying it. The ones that look at you with a look of negativity, just remember not to acknowledge them again.

I have experienced the same sort of thing with women turning their nose up at a simple friendly hello. It can be confusing, and if you like the look of the girl it can be pretty soul destroying if she does that. But the best thing to do is just move on and hold your head up. Brush it off like it ain't no thing brother.
