it seems to be opposite in some cases though there's too much mixed messaging

yes the body positivity movement (which is exclusively for women by the way) is designed to force men to be attracted to fat women otherwise it's shallow and fatphobic however there are feminists who deliberately makes themselves as unattractive as possible i. e. face piercings, face tattoos, short multi-color hair, poor skin care etc. as way to ward off "potential predators" in men. then there are those who go on in all on their looks, maximizing their SMV because they can't suppress their own hypergamy.

It's done to vent anger and frustration women has against men, and this is very unhealthy because sometimes they cross the line by forgetting actual equality

No. The purpose of Feminism- theoretically- is to advance the Cause of Women. The purpose of Feminism practically is to perpetuate the perceived the need for Feminism.

Some guys can be attracted to women that are feminists, and the degree to which they are feminists can hold different degrees of attraction for different guys. Which if you think about and know anything about human behaviour is obvious.
