Specifically at the gym cause I’ve heard conflicting things that women don’t like to flirt or be flirted with at the gym.


Which I rarely ever do, but sometimes I’ve witnessed a few regulars at my gym do certain things that caught my attention.


Like for example, one girl will try to find ways to do her workouts in close proximity to whatever machine or bench I’m on. And caught her glancing over at me in between her sets. I could be overthinking but yeah

Normally, I do not say anything. I try not to glance at him too much and come across as creepy, lol. I have a habit of staring at people... which could be considered as rude according to etiquette rules and stuff.

I'm too shy for coquetry, and refrain from making eye contact if I find someone attractive. I don't really find anyone attractive at my gym. Most of them are not in my age range and I prefer dating guys aged 18-20.

Some people would prefer being left alone. They just do their workouts and leave. While others may indulge in a few flirty interactions. One of my aunts met her husband at the gym, lol. They got married 5 years ago.

She might glance a few times because you seem familiar to her. That happens. Could be anything, really. You could try striking up a conversation with her. If you want to play it safe, just be friendly and if she hints at something more, you could flirt a bit and see where it goes.

Try to seem like I don't notice. Lol. Though I might accidentally keep looking at him. But honestly, there aren't any cute guys at my gym. They're either much older than me and bulked like tree trunks or pubescent boys. And for the most part, all guys there kind of band together and stay away from the girls. They don't seem like they want to be talked to at all.

If there were cute guys, I don't think I'd approach them, because I appreciate they're there to work out. Even the fourteen-year-olds. I actually admire that they take it seriously and are trying to improve themselves instead of the multitude of bad things they could be doing after school. There's a camaraderie there, even between the ones that aren't friends that is amusing, but also heartwarming, for some reason.

I used to enjoy going to the gym.

Unfortunately, I can't get enough privacy.

I went because I needed the workout.

So, I definitely don't flirt around.

I can't even tell you if I've even noticed whether there was a cute guy nearby.

All I wanted to do was go about my own business working out.

With a well-equipped home gym, I have none of those concerns anymore.
