Girls, is it a turnoff if a guy has no experience with women?

my coworker who is a 21 years old woman asked me why i get nervous and then asked me if i have never talked to girls before. I said no.

i am not sure how she found that out considering i dont know her at all, so i guess it must be my behavior.

now what I’m wondering about is why she would ask me that. Is it because it’s a turnoff at that age?
