I have a spin bike. I could choose to eat smaller and less portions. My neighbour hood is good I could walk around it often.
I’m under a lot of stress all of the time, I wonder if that holds me back.
I’m also on the heavier side.
Lots of people not just me, are very unmotivated and they’ll have all the equipment and tools to tone their body a bit or sheaf some pounds. So what’s the deal? Are we just burnt out?

What Girls Said
We live in a world that drains and depleted us in every way possible. We live in a word that takes energy from us that is why we have to eat other beings and take energy from them. It’s a dog eat dog world. People who get the most drained, tend to be the most real and sensitive.
Also what we’ve been taught about health and nutrition is a lie. It’s not as simple as eating less and exercising more. As far as training your muscles for strength, you only have to train till failure about once per week. That can be achieved in one 30 minute session. Well maybe longer if you are out of shape. Yeah it is important to get some type of walking or physical movement in daily as well. But sometimes your body is in a depressed hibernation mode and that’s okay….. also, as far as eating, most people would be better off focusing mostly on the most nutrient dense foods which are animal products. The more nutrient dense foods you eat, the more satiated your body will be, and you will have less desire to eat other stuff. Raw beef liver is the most nutrient dense food you can eat. Grassfed is best of course. Or you can eat it cooked, or there are even beef liver supplements. Organ meats are the most nutrient dense animal products typically. A lot of cruciferous vegetables, are actually not that good for us in excess. Nuts grains, seeds, beans and legumes are also quite hard on most peoples guts. Especially as you age. Yeah, we have been lied to a lot about diet. I could go on and on and oSome people react to different foods better than others of course. But yeah most people would prolly benefit from eating more meat. Well I speak for the western world, as an American. Sustainably and clean sourced meat is always going to be the best of course. I’m not gonna tell anyone to complete eliminate any foods. But just try to eat clean Whole Foods and have larger portions of meat and animal products and smaller portions of everything else.
