Is it weird that I'm comfortable with female friends seeing me naked? This makes me contemplate why we tend to get undressed in private to start with. Is it because the person undressing usually prefers privacy, or is it to not make it awkward for the other person in the room?
+1 yWomen should feel comfortable in front of other women. In front of men is up to you. I had a friend who always got dressed, undressed, and got naked in front of me with no quams. When I showered at her place she use to open curtain and watch. She said it was easier to talk to me. I was comfortable in front of her. I don't know why, i just was.
She's now my urologist. So now when I get checked its like old times and yes an erection happens. Besides being a professional its not like she hasn't seen mine before. I guess I was her ginnie-pig to see if she can look at penis and balls all day.

Only a fuckwit just takes their clothes off in front of others. Even a fucking nudist will be careful of norms.

+1 yIt always depends on the individual's comfort and preference. I have no issues changing in front of friends (guys and girls). At this point I know who's weird about it and who isn't. Social nudity isn't new by any means, but not everyone feels comfortable around others and that's perfectly ok

+1 yNo I’m comfortable undressing in front of my friends. I’d just undress in front of them if they’re in your room aka your changing space and do it slowly so they have a chance to turn around. It’s because non sexual nudity hasn’t been normalized in America today.

+1 yOh yeah totally normal. I get invited to the kid's birthday party and the first thing I need to do is get naked and flop my big veiny wiener everywhere.
Okay... let's be real... where do you find the time to be concerned with getting naked in front of others? Am I just not getting invited to the right birthday parties? How is it not normal to you know... just keep your clothes on.

+1 yIn navy boot camp there are six shower heads positioned around a single support frame such that the men using them are facing forwards towards eachother. you get to know your shipmates really quickly when you know that level of detail about them. In many places outside the west it is common to see mothers nursing their children in public and nobody cares. As long as everyone is in agreement I don't see why nudity would be a problem among friends.

+1 yUsually its both. Its the result of religious bashing of nudity though. All other species are constantly naked in public, and they do not give a shit.
It's weird that we even wear clothes at all.
I like clothes mind you, but no other species does it, (even if hairless and prone to freezing even more than we are). So to say its weird to be naked in public, is, well, weird.00 Reply - 1.1K opinions shared on Girl's Behavior topic.
+1 yMostly, just because somebody else in the room might not like seeing you naked. Some people ARE prudes, even today! You know how religion is! They praise god for making Adam & Eve naked but they aren't allowed to SEE anyone naked or BE naked because god will smite them for it! So, why weren't Adam & Eve created with clothes on, then? Why aren't babies born dressed? That way, we won't have to look at their naked crotch to find out if they're a boy or a girl!
00 Reply I think it goes back 200 to 300 years ago when you never see a boob or a cock,
when I stayed at my nan's she saw me naked and said later that she had never seen a cock before mine. it was always in the dark and under covers, I asked if she wanted to see it angry and she lol lots,, see is long gone now.

+1 yI think it's good that you're comfortable with your nudity but out of mannerism I still wouldn't run around naked in the house with friends around... unless they really don't mind it but I doubt that lol
00 Reply Why make it hard for people you live with to bring over potential guests because you don’t have common courtesy? Lol

+1 yI dont need to see someone getting undressed unless i’m dating them. Even if my fam is changing in the same room, we turn our heads. I would not undress around “friends” no matter the gender
