He's always making sure he runs into you on purpose but always blocks your way as an attempt to flirt?

Keeps handing out his # to you regardless of what you say

This will make women afraid of you and think you will potentially assault them. It is a very bad idea, please don't do this. You might even get the cops called on you or be threatened by their brother, father or guy friend.

I've even seen a college guy put a banana on a female cashier's counter with his # & the dude just grinned & acted cocky

Depends, but it's too often. It can be daily, weekly, or monthly. It can depend on some things, like country, location (bar vs mall vs restaurant etc), time of day or other things, but women in every part of the world, no matter profession, location or time of day will get creeped on. Basically any woman that is in any place around any males are at risk of being harassed or even assaulted.

It would not be a good attempt to flirt because I would take it as him not respecting my wishes, and on top of that I would think he is unstable and unsafe. I would be worried about being around him and also mad at him for pestering me
