Girl's Behavior

I am confused whether she is shy or not interested?

I met this woman 3 month ago at dancing club of my college. We had a great talk, turned out we both share deep interest in historical fashion (I think it's a rare interest for most people). I showed her many of my drawing and creative work I done related to our interests. She was very happy & excited. We dance several time and exchanged phone no.. She sit so close, her dress touched my leg. I took that as a sign of being conformable, which is great! We exchang text few hour later and she recommended a fashion history class and several clubs.

But from next week on, the way she approach me changed. I said hi to her on our next club meeting but she seem not remember who I am. I text her to continue our conversation, but never got reply. We never talk till the end of quarter.

School started recently & turn out we sign up the same fashion history class. I ask her how was her break first day of class, she just reply "good" in a very light tone and bolted. Then I went to this knitting club, she is there too. I saw her when I am knitting but I didn't look at her because I worry making her uncomfortable. Something interesting happen last week, I met her in another fashion club, I said hey & she said hey back in a firm tone, she stand next to me with her headphones on and look at her phone. Few days later we went to the knitting club, then dance club. When we ask to rotate dance partner, she ask "are you at knitting club too?" Like she don't know I am there. I think she notice me all along but she never look at me or talk to me voluntarily. She know I am in class and all 3 clubs.

Today we sit literally like 2 person apart diagonally, she pretend I am not there and work on her stuff, I do caught her check me out with her eyes.

I really like her & want to talk to her, but everything seem so weird and awkward now. I pay huge attention to her body language but i can't tell. Is she shy or not interested. I want to get to know her but in a respectful way and not as a creep.

Just want clarify something.

She socialize like a normal person with any person, but when she saw me, she wouldn't say hi or anything. I tried to break the ice by saying hi, but her reply is short, and she seems very anxious. I stop saying hi because her comfort is my priority. But when we are at the same place, she would be very close by usually. Sometime she walk right behind me with her friends. On several occasions I saw her eyes checking me out but as soon as I look at her, she look away.
