Hi, I am currently trying to build a social life for myself. I am a junior in college and have not had a social life until I started building it in the summer. I have 4 guy friends but I don't go to any parties or anything like that. I am trying to make female friends. There are these two girls in my class that I am trying to be friends with. I have been trying to talk to one of them and just make small talk. She seems to get a bit nervous when I talk to her. Today and once last week, I asked if I could join her and she said yes but when I tried to talk to her, she talked a little bit but gave me mostly one word answers and very little eye contact. I am trying to be friends only. Is she shy or not interested in being friends? Can I get an answer from shy women mainly?

She does not trust you yet. The more time you are in her space while not quizzing her the better. ENJOY IT NOW‼️
This is as close to a guy she will ever get. Hang out, emit gentle energy, memorize Corny animal jokes and make her laugh… Once you do that you will long for the good old days when she was quiet and liked to just hang out.. without the tunnel fan blades roar or echoing incessantly. THEN you will be in ManHell with the rest of us.
