In life noth9ng happens to you, everything happens for you. The universe simply wants you to grow. Also, as men, we feel our best when we are accomplishing things. When we don't, it's sometimes due to a hormonal imbalance. Working out, raises your testosterone, as does hydrating, and eating high vibrational food. I dont others do it plenty for me I just view myself the same as others do. Everyone has intrinsic value based on how others interact and view you. If you're always scorned, insulted rejected and avoided that simply means you aren't worth their time or energy and are beneath them

If you’re always insulted, rejected and avoided, you have to look at what you’re doing for this to happen, people don’t avoid people they like they avoid people they don’t, I know I do it myself if I don’t like someone I will do everything in my power to avoid you, I don’t avoid people I like I make time for them. You have to find the happiness and stop worrying about others and for goodness sake stop putting yourself down.
