So why do some girls keep a lot of guy friends even when they are clearly interested in them? There is this girl I know that keep hanging with lots of guys, and I once I saw her guy friend touch her hair in class and she did nothing, and another time I saw a guy trying to touch her and she recoiled but she keeps hanging with them? Why she doesn't cut them off?

as long as they aren't acting out of place in her face- I can see why she "maintains the peace (if they want to be my friend ill just pray along) " can you imagine the tension that would occur having to go to school everyday and those people are in the same space as you

You’ve gotta think of both sides of the picture. She may feel like they are genuinely her friends, especially if she doesn’t know they’re into her. Some dudes do overstep the friendship boundary by being touchy. Then you have guys that just keep their feelings a secret, whether it’s because she unavailable, or she’s not into him but he’s hoping she’ll have like some epiphany and return his interest one day. I never wanted to believe that some dudes are that way, but I’ve answered many questions on here with guys literally in that position of having secret feelings for their close friend. I’m not saying that women don’t play that role of chilling in the friend zone hoping for their chance one day, because they very much do. But in regards to your friend, I do wonder if she’s just unaware of their interest in her.
Yeah, but the thing is a ton of dudes hit on her and she gives attention to any guy that tries to chat with her. I also overhead these guys discussing who would get in her pants.. I didn't say anything to her about it tho, since I imagined she actually liked it, so I distanced myself from her.
I’m talking more about guys who claim to be her friend, because she may think it’s as simple as that. But if it’s just guys giving her attention, it’s better not to cast judgement. Like if she’s a friendly person she’s not going to ignore them or be rude, and if she’s attractive she can’t help if guys try to talk to her. But being popular shouldn’t reflect her character, so if you’re interested then maybe you should be more direct or assertive.
