I think I've been there once or twice - I suppose it's like the way guys also just look at some women as eye-candy to pass the day and yet never act on any date interest/beyond just eye candy or light flirting 😆😋 yet it's not, lol, going anywhere 🫣🥳 - ah well. Some probably because they are bound to use them for emotional support or to boost their ego since they’re obviously attention seeker. On the other hand, it takes two to tango - she won’t be able to keep them if the guy is not fine with it.
