Why this girl suddenly blocked me?

I met a girl around my job, she approached me, we talked and she asked for my number, she texted me everyday, she seemed really interested in getting know me, we talked in person too, she told me she likes me, she asked for a kiss but we couldn't kiss that day because I left work late. The next day she blocked me in whatsapp, our only media contact. But she still stare at me when we cross and she talk me a bit when she come to the store where I work.

I haven't asked her why she blocked me or why she haven't talked me like before, I just let it be, but I wonder why she blocked me and seem like avoiding me. The first weeks she avoided me completely and she didn't come to buy anything where I work, this is a store in her neighborhood. After 1 month, she have started stares me when she sees me and she came few time to buy some things and she even told me some joke but now she came and we acts like unknown people each other.

Sorry about your situation. I've had similar experiences in the past myself. In the beginning everything seemed cool with them and we were texting, etc. Then all of a sudden they just ghost or block. Usually it's because they swung over to someone else, which I would find out soon enough.

Your case is really weird though. She blocked you out of nowhere but still watches you. But then on second thought, this is actually a common thing that ghosters will do too. I have no idea why she did it to you - and I would agree with @Jamie05rhs on a possibility of mental or emotional illness - but early on after she blocked you, you should've asked her in person "Hey, did I do something to make you block me?" and see what she would've said, which she would've had no real reason for and would've either tried to run from you or would've made up a bullshit story. Either way, it would tell you everything you need to know about her.

But since it's been a month you shouldn't bother asking. And if I were you I would start ignoring her and not caring or paying attention to the fact that she watches you. Anytime someone is doing unclear or ridiculously strange things that are conflicting, you should avoid that and not get caught up with them. How they behave is already telling you everything you need to know about them and that they aren't a good person.

She has mental illness.

A lot of women are like that. They can have a huge crush on you, but they get offended by one little thing so then they stop talking to you. But they still want you (but just not enough to come back. Because they're too prideful.)

There are 5,000 reasons I will block someone, sometimes for no reason. We couldn't possibly know why this girl blocked you.
