If she's doing it in a teasing manner she might just be trying to tease you and get a response. She probably likes you and wants to build a stronger bond with you but sucks at doing it. If she's doing it in a mean/aggressive way then she probably doesn't like you or how you're acting/treating people and at that point you should probably do some self reflection or talk to her directly.
