Teens & twenties - NOT prime age - 80% of women & men known nothing. They typically don't have an established career, they may not even have a decent education. What are they going to contribute to a household except for sex? In depth meaningful conversations, engaging hobbies? Suuure. Let me remind everyone this is the age range that thinks eating Tide pods & partaking in other dullard TikTok "challenges" is intelligent.
Furthermore they won't necessarily make for good wives or mothers because of their youth, immaturity, and much more. Plenty of CPS cases involve young parents with children that are not being properly cared for even abused.

30s - PRIME age - an established career, educated and even if they aren't they have experienced life. They know the ups and downs of the world. They are less prone to simple stupidity, overreactions, childishness, lacking sense of responsibilities, immaturity, and other behaviors that mark younger individuals.
Furthermore women in their 30s who sleeping around, dress or act cheaply, etc. usually start in teens and twenties so a guy looking for potential wife material can more readily weed these individuals out than when younger. They've an undesirable history by their 30s whereas in teens and twenties these sorts are just starting out.

40s - NOT prime age - Yes she can have children but the potential risks and side effects makes her potential reproductive value dimished. If not interested in kids or looking for a partner for later life as an older guy then anyone 40s is okay.
I think it is 30 or 40s when you are really doing good in life and know who you are as a person.. all men who say she isn't in her prime because she can't breed... who cares.. kids don't really make your life better... How's this: The state of, or a point in time, when an individual possesses the greatest strength, vigor, quality of health in their life, and is capable of most any physical or mental tasks consistent with proper preparation.
If that's acceptable, she'd be in her prime for different things at different stages of her life. If I were forced to pick an age range encompassing most things, I'd go with 25-33.
However, things like having children and most professional athletic endeavors would start earlier than that, while other things might be an older age. Gymnastics comes to mind. These days, you're washed up at 25, and you have start when you're very young, 7 - 11. You can find classes for 3 year olds, believe it or not?

Honestly, I think a woman is in her prime when she is open to dating and building a strong and lasting relationship. That can happen at different ages, but happens at different times for any person.
Just be physically you are young and strong does not mean you are mentally, or emotionally, or have achieve that level of wisdom or maturity yet.

Depends on what you mean by "prime". As always, everyone is different, but if we're talking physically most attractive, then it's late teens to early 20s, on average. Of course, there are exceptions like fat girls losing weight or changing their look from unflattering to flattering. But those are likely the exceptions.
I've accomplished & attained a lot of "stuff" throughout the years but I believe my prime is yet to come.

I think Don was right, however, he should have likely followed up with men have a prime period in their life span too. Maybe specify that it is not a due date, but a time in both men and women's life when they are at their peak with respect to all aspects of their life. For example, If we were to specify the prime period they are most knowledgeable, I would have said their 50's or Golden Years.

He was responding to Nikki Haley's comments about "old men" being President. At no point was appearance mentioned by me.
