When you stare at a guy without smiling or looking away, does that mean you aren't staring at him because he's attractive?

There's a couple possibilities. From my experience if a woman stares at me and talks to others but not staring then she likes me and is aching me to come speak to her. Sometimes there is other body language like a swaying or twisting as in unable to stand still.

Now, if she sees you staring a t here and she gives you one of those stares roles eyes or give you some kind of wtf face reaction then she is not interested and you are irritating her.

In most cases I'd say yes. Unless it's obvious I'm zoned out or we're having a conversation, that's different. But if I'm just staring/checking them out it's because I'm attracted in some way.
