Well what I think is that, guys know girls have many insecurities, and girls are worried if their "flaws/imperfections" scare their guy. Sometimes we feel we are not good enough. So if a guy is saying "looks don't matter", it means he is simply accepting you as who you are, the whole package. Yes he finds you attractive, and every guy is different, one guy will find you so hot, and the other will think the opposite. In my opinion, it is better to be with a guy who loves you for who you are and your personality rather than looks. That "looks dont matter" phrase, gives me relief. To know that ur boyfriend will love you no matter how u look is a real blessing. You can ditch makeup, save time and money, and you be your wonderful self around ur guy who loves you..
