It seems that (especially among my female friends) I get an "I'm tired. I can't go out." They really aren't tired from anything specific, such as running a marathon. They are just generally tired a lot. Is this you?

That's how I feel. But I can't blame anyone else but me since I haven't been resting. I've been going to bed late and I'm trying to change it.

i'm not tired very often except at the end of a long day i sleep like 6 hours i guess
