Or do you not care and just grab the handle?

Does it bother you that hundreds of guys have just touched their dick and then the handle and probably not even washed their hands?

Nah I wash my hands and after I dry them with the paper towel I use the paper towel to grab the handle.

I don't. I use some paper towels and drop them around the door or outside somewhere unless there isn't any then I try to only use 1 finger. I have pretty bad OCD so even normal doors I have problems with.
