Girls, I'm seriously considering transitioning to a woman. What would be some negative reasons to not transition?

I've been crossdressing in secret for over 20 years and was on HRT 1 year ago. I've never 100% fully embraced identifying as a woman and committed to transitioning because it goes against Christian morals presented in the Bible. As time goes on, it becomes harder and harder to resist transitioning.

Advice or thoughts on what has been said in my post?

For me if I were considering doing MTF, I’d only be comfortable doing it living in a place that’s more accepting of it. It’s very dangerous for the trans community in a lot of areas of the US specifically. I do believe in being able to live how you want, but the daily scrutiny you’d face living somewhere like California would be significantly less than you’d face living somewhere like Alabama.

I have never been to Florida but if you feel like it’s an open and accepting place, then yeah. It also helps so much more to have lots of friends in the trans community.
