Most white women and Asian women don't have flat butts, they just don't have the giant bubble butts some guys seem to prefer these days.

Ditto. Wide HIPS are a genetic indicator that the female is better able to have and bear children. It is possible to have a BB but narrow hips. Not real likely, but possible.

When I used to do a lot of cardio, I had a very defined bubble butt but 10x smaller than your Latino butt

It’s not flat it’s just smaller. They evolved that way bc that’s what their men selected
