I just wanna know how weird/unsafe women feel if a man is walking behind them in some silent area?

Cause I have internal panic attacks thinking "omg is the woman ahead of me feeling uncomfortable" I usually just overtake them but sometimes overtaking might feel like a direct attack from behind so there's that worry too,, what would women prefer men do in such situations ☠️

Honestly, I don’t know. If a woman is uncomfortable then they need to work through some issues because not everyone is out to get them. Other than that I’ve actually asked this question when people would complain. My friends never had an answer. My best guess is just to not seem like you’re following them. Again I don’t really know, because I don’t walk around by myself at night or have ever encountered a situation like this.

You have no reason to feel awkward for walking on a public street. If she feels that uncomfortable, she shouldn’t be out walking by herself in a secluded area.
