Well if someone is being overtly a pervert that’s a problem.


Some women like the attention…. Maybe it’s not for sexual arousal or maybe it is it may just be because they like getting some kind of attention… And anyway they can get it they do.



Obviously not all women are like this. Some people also enjoy being victims.

If my skirt/dress flies up because of the wind or I'm inadvertently flashing someone if it's short and I'm walking up the stairs or something, that's on me.

However, the choice to go a pull someone's skirt up or reach down to take a picture against someone's will is pretty disgusting.
