Erik Erikson coined a term called "generativeity" which means to have a concern for establishing and guiding the next generation. He roughly put the age at about 40 years old for when humans reach a state of maturity that they begin to care about children and what the world will be like for them. So as people mature, the begin to watch the younger generation to see how they act, what they face in the world, and reflect on that. They take time to guide and give advice wanted or unwanted to kids in hopes that they will fly right and that there is hope for the future. So most middle aged men that look at you are probably somewhere in that frame of thought. They're think gosh what is with these kids today with the piercing in their face and tattoos on their googly eyeballs... Not much hope for the future from the looks of it. I need a drink.

A number of reasons. Yes some may be just straight up pedos. Others may think she’s older than she is as she’s more developed physically. I myself look at younger kids, not just girls but kids in general like wtf is going on w these kids. Piercings in their faces, tats on their faces, bones through their noses, girls dressing or lack there of w very minimal clothes on. But too I look at other kids who I see do an act of kindness. Like there is some hope. I hope that kid continues to go down that path. But things change. I also see myself at that age w in some of these kids as to how I was, thinking man I’ve come a long way. There’s a lot of reasons.

Could be that their either being protective and watching to make sure that nothing happens to said girls or the total opposite. Their just pedophiles. Hopefully it's the former.

Some people look at kids because they're young and innocent and it's fun to watch them and think back on the times when we were young.
I wouldn't jump straight to the "pervert" conclusion. That's rarely the case, unless you dress like a ho. Which you should not at your age

Some girls are physically developed at 14 or 15 and they go out of their way to try to look older than their age. However, I am not defending pedo behavior, but just trying to see the logic in it.

As a grown man, when I was young, I thought the same age girls around me is not type, I need to grow older and find older girls, after I grown up, I thought the same age girls around me is not type anymore, I found that younger girls are my type.

Men preference changes with age. The sooner I realized what I truly like, the better.

Some girls are very attractive as they develop. The other day a 15 y. o. was on a TV show and she could have passed for 25.

On the other hand I worked with a girl who was 20 and beautiful but could have passed for 14.

Yeah it is a little creepy and inappropriate but I do notice girls around that agee begin developing into a woman or it close to fully developed and some girls might show off to much skin that makes men stare.
