I met this girl at a party and we seem to it off right way. Now she says she is not interested. Should I say something else or forget about it?

I met this girl at a party. Her friend pushed her towards me and we seemed to hit it off right way. At the end I ask for her insta and she gives it to me and even makes a flirty comment. Fast forward 2 days I dm her. Now she says doesn't remember anything from that night and had drank a lot (she seemed pretty lucid when she was talking to me, and my friend thinks the same). Also she says she is with someone, but her friend pulled towards me at the party, like she wanted us to know each other, which doesn't make sense if she knew she was with someone. I'm thinking maybe she didn't like my insta, I have practically nothing there, it's clapped. Or maybe I was to direct when I dm her. I said right away I though she was beautiful and would like to see her again. Maybe she is being honest. Should I say something else or forget about it?
