I feel so alone. Only one week of a month I’m myself. 3 - 4 days of being in heat. 2 weeks in mania/ psychosis. I have endometriosis aswell and every month I feel I might die. It sucks being a women sometimes.

@Molly1997 I gone through some internet literature and it seems that this is a very severe type of discomfort prior to menstruation.
Once menstruation happens, it goes.
But during this period, u should try to be mentally stable and ur partner or close relationship members should morally support you whenever you get upset, angry, lonely feeling or stressful.
Try to take medication like a pain killer in case of severe pain.
