It goes like this:

• 2 days before super depressed, self harm wanna hurt others and myself. Here i can cry from no where and start laughing a few seconds later but its rare
• 1 day before less emotional more cold evil
• First-3rd day superconfident, happy evil and horny..
• Last 4-6th day little irritated but fine.

Can any woman relate and any guy who know's someone that is used to seeing this? Or am I crazy with my evil thoughts?

Pms appears to be more common in older women, usually over 30 it starts to become more prevalent. There's always exceptions though.
It is normal for you to have mood swings, however the description of your depression is quite worrying.
You could try calcium supplements or vitamin B6 which have good evidence for your mood so you could try that?
