Girls, is it usually bad news when a lady says "I need to talk to you?

Just having a regular daily conversation and she suddenly says (well maybe not for her) that "I need to talk to you" I'm completely stressed out right now, I'm not sure what I did wrong, etc... the phrase "I need to talk to you" is that usually mean she is going to deliver bad news to me.

not necessarily, I personally joke around a lot so when I need to talk to someone seriously, I say that. It makes the person understand that it’s a serious conversation, but it doesn’t need to be a bad one.
