What does it mean when a girl wants to talk more with you?

Does this mean that she wants to spend more time with you?

Why would she be coming so often to have some conversations with me?

Is she just trying to be friends?

Context:

There's this girl that I've know for some months, she sometimes bites her lips while looking at me, touched my chest (once), touched my arm, shoulder and elbow, sometimes seems to find me where I am in the room if I'm there, eavesdrops in a few conversations, looked like she wanted me to hug her (she kind of got in the way, seemed intentional, while I was trying to get something that was easily reachable for me), she get physically close to me, wants me to notice her hair and some accessories that she might have (asking me if I noticed something different in her appearance, etc.

I'm doing some work on the computer that takes some time to finish. She appears to work suddenly (it was supposed to be her day off but she exchanged shifts with someone else). She passes by me many times but the last one seemed to have looked at me from the corner of her eye. Then, she hesitated for some time to talk to me. Eventually, she dropped by to have some small talk but didn't wanted to interrupt me that much from the work on the computer I had to finish.

After I finished with the computer, I head to the break room that's nearby from the computer. Then, she came to the break room, notices me and continues talking to me for a little while.

She is intrigued by you, yeah. Question is: is it sincere? Neither of us knows that right now, but just a few things to be aware of as you venture into this and what can help you gauge the situation:

Some women will show an enormous amount of interest in you in the beginning because they're very excited with you, but later on that interest can blow out like a candle just as quickly as it was lit. Then they get bored and slack off and aren't really that interested in talking anymore. Whenever anyone is super thrilled with you in the beginning, it almost always results in a complete loss of that thrill and excitement later on.

And sometimes a woman will show you a lot of attention and have excitement with you in the beginning because they're wanting to get over an ex, who you may know nothing about. But if that ex were to suddenly show up and come back to her, you will be forgotten in an instant.

I don't tell you all this as if what she's doing are these things, but to just help you think about it so you can examine the situation and make a good judgment. The best way to find out is to ask her out for coffee or a meal, and see where it goes and what you learn about her.
