does she mean better as a friend OR better so if we start dating we will know each other. by the way I met her two weeks ago. We are also hanging out with another friend who is also a girl but she is like a sister to me. So what does that mean? Also what does it mean she she says she likes you but she doesn't say "I like you as a friend"

really I told her that we need to hang out to get to know each other better she told me that's a good idea, so she actually agreed with me. Does that mean the same thing though?
