I dont think its a reason to breakup but i’d feel uncomfortable if he's carrying it on him. So I just wouldn't Wanna date him. Same goes for those carrying knives

  As long as its not on display. I dont wanna walk in the home and see em hanging on the wall and stuff. Have it locked away somewhere

  Its odd to say considering one of my grandpas collects knives and the other has guns on display. But i dont go to their homes. They visit mine and leave that stuff at home.

  My first boyfriend held a gun and knife to me at a point in our relationship. he's not the reason i dont like to be around these weapons but he did make it worse. So after him, i just really didn't wanna be around it. Hard because there was one other person i dated who was a knife collector. But i told him he HAD to keep them away from me. I just still dont Wanna ever be around that again

  I understand. While I haven't been threatened.. even by a criminal, I still have a distrust for it. I know people loose their shit unpredictability and find it an unfair match if I myself don't have one.
