In my view pretty much everyone go for looks first yet prioritize personality.

People need to meet a basic standard of being attractive to you. Beyond that everything is a bonus and who they are matters much more. I see no reason it would be any different between boys or girls.

It kind of goes hand in hand.. looks and personality together, but a great personality can make someone appear better looking!

I mean both. Looks are normally what we notice first, it's the first thing we see but personality seals the deal.

personality elevates the looks so definitely that. however I do find self care extremely important and that kind of is part of looks...

Both. Initially attraction (we all do this), but you must have a great personality for me to want a long term relationship (kindness, funny, etc). It is the personality that will keep me in it for the long haul.
