Years ago when I was a teenager, I had to take because my cycle was irregular. Believe it or not, that’s another use for birth control: regulating the menstrual cycle. Thankfully, I only needed it for a short time.

No, I heard it causes weight gain and acne. Also can cause fertility issues in the long run.
